What does Vente Ver do exactly?
Vente Ver is an online store selling sustainable Dutch design. Products are made by people distanced from the labor market or from sustainable materials. Custom work is available for individuals and companies, promoting sustainable production.
What is Sustainable Dutch Design?
Interior products from Vente Ver are sustainably produced in the Netherlands using materials like upcycled waste and FSC-certified wood. Many products are made by socially disadvantaged people.
How does ordering from Vente Ver work?
Orders are sent to designers or social workshops, then shipped to you. Custom orders are welcome via email.
Why does delivery time vary per product?
Vente Ver's partners produce items on order, so delivery time varies. Check product pages for details.
How can I return a product?
Return within 14 days by emailing for instructions.
My order arrived damaged, what should I do?
If the delivered goods are not in accordance with the order of the buyer, not all goods have been delivered or the goods are damaged, the buyer shall immediately notify Vente Ver (within 3 days after delivery). Complaints should be filed as followed:
- via an e-mail
- with a photo of the delivered goods included in the e-mail
- within three (3) days following the delivery date. Vente Ver is not obliged to deal with complaints that have been filed beyond this term.
What happens next?
If the complaint is justified according to us, then we can choose to either:
1. replace the defect or missing goods.
2. credit the buyer the purchase price.
