Warranty

We care about our products and do our best to deliver them in top condition. However, sometimes an order can be damaged during transport or something else happens that makes you eligible for a warranty. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of two years after the delivery of the goods.

Vente Ver works directly with workshops in the Netherlands. They sometimes offer additional warranties on the products. When this is the case, you will be informed on the product page and/or upon delivery of the product.

If you discover a defect in the product, we ask that you contact us within a reasonable period. A reasonable period is in any case two months. Under circumstances, a period longer than two months may also be acceptable. If you contact us in time, we will ensure a free repair or replacement.

Complaints

It is always possible that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing UWEMAIL@uwwinkel.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation through WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. 

In addition it’s also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints through the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
